Donald feels sad and his colour has drained, because he doesn’t know who he is, and has never met anyone like him. So he sets off on a mission to find his own kind.
Along the way, he meets a variety of animals and makes friends, even though they are not like him.
He begins to feel better and learns that talking to others can help.
He gradually gets his colour back, and of course, he meets one of his own!
